It’s hard for me to imagine that today you would have been 66.  Not only will you forever be 62… you’ll also forever be my “hero of a man”.  I miss you like crazy… especially your constant goofy spirit.  We called ourselves the “Looney Tunes” in this picture and it’s quite the image of your silly personality.  I’m so thankful you created tangible memories for me (like in this photo and so many others)… as well as sweet memories captured in the scrapbook of my heart.

I admit it.  I have a serious case of OCD.  There’s nothing that makes me happier than a neat, organized house… and there’s nothing that makes me crazier than disorder.  This explains why I stay crazy half the time because with two toddlers, my house is never as neat as I’d like.  I did finish a project, however, that makes my heart smile.  I totally stole the idea from a friend who’s also quite the organizational freak… thanks Heather Spencer!  Check out the kids toy room.  The little cubes have coordinating pictures on the front letting the kids know what type items go inside.  Let there be order in the house!

1.24.09 Liam fell and hit his cheek on the corner of a door.  Even though it swelled up pretty good, it didn’t seem to phase him.  I took a pix of it, because I thought when he’s older he’d appreciate seeing all the bumps and bruises that made him so tough!

Yes, I know it’s March.  EVERY post I do could start with the line, “I know this is late…” but gosh, since this is my way of scrapbooking, if it doesn’t go here… it doesn’t go anywhere.  So hopefully, you can get past the fact that it’s 80 degrees outside and I’m talking about Christmas!!

 

 

 

This photo op with Santa cracked me up!  Nadia never took her eyes off of the Jolly ‘ol Man!  Every pix I snapped of this moment she’s just staring a hole through him!  No telling what was going through her little mind, but, hey, at least neither one of my kids cried!!!
